Frequently Asked Questions

Never been to Pride before? Wondering what to expect? What you can and can't bring with you? Hopefully we will answer all your questions. If there is a question not answered here, please contact us and we will add it.

Can I bring glass?

Strictly no.

Glass can become hazardous and dangerous when broken, we perform checks on entrance to the site and reserve the right to confiscate any glass.

Are there any age restricted areas?

The sale of alcohol is strictly over 18s and we operate a think 25 policy.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, we are a family friendly event and encourage everyone to come along. We do ask that young children are supervised at all times.

Please note that every effort is made to keep language on the stages as clean as possible.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, you can bring personal supplies of food and soft drinks in sealed [unopened] containers. We politely request alcoholic drinks are not brought on to the site but instead purchased through the reasonably priced on-site bar.

What should I wear?

It is important that you do wear something, as this is a family event but otherwise wear what you like! It is difficult to predict the weather, but we suggest comfortable clothing and if you wish to dress according to our theme then this is encouraged.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead at all times and dog mess must be cleared immediately. However, the event can be noisy and there is limited shelter, so discretion is advised.
